Kelvin founded Supportwave in 2019 after more than twenty years in IT services, frustrated by the outdated processes, manual resourcing and clunky work-order systems holding the sector back. His vision: a channel-only partner that supplies MSPs with dedicated engineers, a white-label helpdesk, data center smart hands and tech recruitment under their own brand, and never competes with them for their clients. Today Supportwave delivers that across 30+ countries.
